On 7 December, we’re organising a new event as part of the From Waste 2 Profit project. We’ll be offering you insights around sustainability through inspiring stories from entrepreneurs and experts and explaining support opportunities. In addition, we will visit three leading companies: Gillrath, Korr and Dufter.

We welcome you at Energeticon (Konrad-Adenauer-Allee 7, 52477 Alsdorf, Germany). From there we provide bus transportation between the various locations.

Gillrath Ziegel- und Klinkerwerke GmbH & Co. KG

For more than 100 years, Gillrath has been producing a clinker facade that is unmistakable in colour and shape. With the last operating ring kiln in NRW and therefore also one of the few remaining companies in Germany and Europe, they offer a successful niche product with their ring kiln facing bricks.

Dufter GmbH

The main focus of the startup (2021) is the installation of standardised prefabricated building parts (windows, doors, frames, shelves), complete assembly work, wood and building protection (wall protection and wood impregnation), floor laying, wood carving and janitor services.
