Limburg is the friendliest province in Flanders to work, do business, innovate and excel, with POM Limburg as its economic accelerator. Commissioned by the provincial government, the POM team works on innovative projects that make Limburg more digital, low-carbon and scalable. They do this in eight core sectors: logistics, manufacturing, creative economy, energy, healthcare, construction, circular economy and digitalization. To this end, POM connects companies, employees, local governments, knowledge institutions and civil society.

As the economic director of Limburg, POM Limburg is responsible for the development of new business parks, innovative campuses and spatial master plans. The POM team feeds the economy with data, sets up future projects, connects companies with the ecosystem, welcomes international companies and joins forces in platforms for each core sector. The focus is always on digitalization and sustainability.
